9th December 1773

Public Bridges in the said County was desir'd to pay unto Mrs
Mary Offley< no role > the said Sum of £49..17..2 in full of her demand And
it was further ordered that Mr Wiltshire should be reimburses
the said Sum by the Treasurer of the Haymarket out of the Balance
remaining in their Hands on Settling the Accounts from time to time

An order of the twelfth of January 1726 made to reimburse
Mr Wiltshire the sum of £49..17s..2d to be paid as above by annual
Payment of ten Pounds

An order of the 16th Octr 1729 made to take into consideration the
State of the Haymarket and the Treasurership of the same on the
County day of the next Session.

An order of the 4th Decr 1729 appointing a Committee to consider
the State of the Haymarket and the Treasurership of the same, by what
method the same might be more effectually repaired and how the State
of the Accounts of Lord Wm Powlet lately deceased and John Ellis< no role > Esqr
Treasurer of the Haymarket then stood

An order of the 14th January 1729 for Mr Stothard to attend and
produce to the Court on the 15th January then Instant the respective
Accounts of the said Toll Money from Midsummer 1727 to Christmas
1729.

An order of the 15th January 1729 made on the Report of the
Committee appointed 4th Decr 1729 to consider the State of the Hay
Market and the Treasurers Accounts; in which report it is said
That The Haymarket was in a very ruinous condition, tho' of late
large Sums had been expended to maintain the same in Repair; that
upon Examination of the Accounts of Lord Wm Powlet deceased
and John Ellis< no role > Esqr the Surviving Treasurer of the Haymarket
