and other Misdemeanors committed in the same County Charles
Eyles of Breams Buildings in the County of MIddlesex Gentleman
produced a writing under the hand and Seal of Thomas Butler< no role > Esqr
Clerk of the Peace of the said County of Middlesex bearing date the sixth
day of October in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and
seventy three Testifying that the said Thomas Butler< no role > hath nominated
appointed and Deputed the said Charles Eyles< no role > to be his lawful and sufficient
Deputy in and for the said Office of Clerk of the Peace of the County
aforesaid, And the said Charles Eyles< no role > produced also another writing
under the Hand and Seal of the most noble Hugh Duke of Northum-
-berland Earl Percy Baron Warkworth of Warkworth Castle in
the County of Northumberland , Custos Rotulorum of the
County of Middlesex bearing date the sixth day of October in the
Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy three aforesaid
signifying his Grace's Approbation of the said Charles Eyles< no role > a Person
instructed in the Laws of this Realon and by his Grace admitted taken
accepted and reputed sufficient and able in that Behalf to be lawful and
Sufficient Deputy of the above named Thomas Butler< no role > Esquire the
Clerk of the Peace of the said County of Middlesex : Whereupon the said
Charles Eyles< no role > is admitted and allowed to be Deputy Etc.
