January Session

The proposal of Mr. Edward Hall< no role > Governour of the House
of Correction with respect to the keeping those persons
constantly at work who on committed John [..] prison
to hard labour [..] standg adjourned Etc the present
Session. It is now Ordered that the consideration
thereof be and the came is hereby further postponed
Until the County day of the next Session.

Whereas

This Court having observed and been informed
The Coak being informed of the neglect of the Clerks
to several of the Justices of the the peace for this
County [..] neglects to return [..] this recognizances taken
by the before such Justices to the Clerk of the peace or has depty
Two full days before the beginning of every Session
in contempt of an order of Sessions notwithstanding
there is an standing order of Court recommending to
such conduct

Whereas there is a standing order of Sessions recommending
it to the Clerks of His Majesty's Justices of the
peace [..] to return and deliver to the Clk. of
the peace or his Deputy two full days before
the beging. of every General and Quarter Session
and Session of Oyer and Terminer the recognizances
taken to that time before such Justices for the
appearance of any person or persons at such Sessions
