It having been Ordered on the County day of the last Session that Notice
should be given to all the Gentlemen acting in the Commission of the Peace for this
County at least fourteen Days before the County day of this present Session that
the Building of a Session House for this County would be taken intt consideration
and that such Notice should be also advertised in the Public Advertiser the
Gazetteer and the Daily Advertiser and the Court now Proceeding to the considerati-
-on of the same the Deputy Clerk of the Peace reporting that due notice had been
given to the Gentlemen acting in the Commission of the Peace both by Letter &
Advertisement according to the said order. (It is now Resolved by the Court
that it is not necessary to Build a new Sessions House.

It having been resolving on the last County day That the Building a
Sessions House for this County be taken into consideration on the County day
of the next Session I am directed to give you Notice thereof; and am with great
respect-

Hicks Hall Saint Johns Street
Monday 27 Sepr. 1773

In pursuance of an Order of Session of the 22d day of October 1772, and a
Resolution made on the County day of last Session, Notice is hereby given, to
His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex , That the Building
a Sessions House for this County will be taken into consideration on Thursday
the 21st of October next, being the County day of the next ensuing Session

It is Ordered by the Court that it be and it is hereby referred to the Committee
appointed to carry into Execution the Repair of the Prisons to enquire into the
Repairs and Alterations necessary to be done to Hicks Hall

It having been order'd on the County day of the last Session that the
Clerk of the Peace should consult with Mr Duane whether it would not be
