By Adjournment Thursday 12th. Janry 1769 .

Record Room
to be repaired}

Some of the Shelves in the record Room of Hicks hall being
broken down with the weight of papers and the door and
Window being defective and particularly the latter by which
means the dust blown down the street from the North
is very injurious to the records It is Ordered that the
shelves be repaired and refixt And the above defects
remedied out of the Money arising from the rents of
the Estate of this County.

Concerning the
Gentlemen's Sew 4}

It is Ordered that for the future no Gentleman's Servant
be permitted to come into any part of the Sessionshouse
the dining room accepted, and that, only to attend his mar.
at dinner And it is farther ordered that a copy hereof be
put up in some conspicuous part of the hall to prevent
any disobedience to this regulation And that it be Decmd
a standing order of the Sessions.
