It is Majesty's Justices of the Peace for this County, now
assembled in this present General session of the Peace,
Do unanimously Elect John Howkin< no role > Esquire one of the
said Justices, Chairman of the General Quarter sessions
and General Sessions of the Peace, for the half year now next
ensuing.

By Adjournment same Day

It is Ordered that the Accounts of Mr. James Jefferson< no role >
touching his Receipts and Disbursements as Treasurer of
this County and also the account of Monies by him reced.
in Respect of the Rents of the County Estate and of the
Application and Disposal thereof or of any past thereof
Be and the same are hereby severally referred to John
Brettell John Spencer Colepepper< no role > Bartholomew Hammond
Benjamin Cowley< no role > and Joseph Keeling< no role > Esquires five of
his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said County
or any two or more of them And they the said Justices
or any two or more of them are desired to meet together
at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday the Twenty Sixth
day of April next by nine of the Clock in the forenoon
for the purpose of inspecting and auditing the said Accounts
respectively and that such of the said Justices as shall
inspect and audit the same Do make their Report touching
the premises to the Court at the then next Genl. Quarter
session of the peace to be holden for the said County
on the County day in the same session.
