but shall be forthwith removed and taken away at the Cost and
Charge of the said Francis Buskin< no role > his Executors or Administrators
and also that if upon Notice in Writing to be given by such
Surveyor to the said Francis Buskin< no role > his Executors or administrators
or the Foreman or head Servant employed in or about the said
Work or Business for the removing and carrying away the same
defective and unfit Materials the same shall not forthwith be
carried away from the Premises that then it shall and may be
lawful to and for such Surveyor to remove Cart and carry away
the same to such place or places as he shall think proper without
his or the said John Hawkins< no role > Sir Henry Cheere< no role > George Errington< no role >
Bartholomew Hammond< no role > and Benjamin Cowley< no role > being any
wise answerable or accountable to the said Francis Buskin his
Executors administrators or assigns for any loss or Damage that
shall or may happen to the same after any such removal
And further that the charges and Expences of or attending
such removal or carrying away shall and may be deducted
and abated out of the Money that shall become due and
payable to the said Francis Buskin< no role > his Executors administrator
or assigns for the said Repairs or Works And the said
Francis Buskin< no role > for himself his Executors and administrators doth
hereby further Covenant Contract promise and agree to and with
the said John Hawkins< no role > Sir Henry Cheere< no role > George Errington< no role >
Bartholomew Hammond< no role > and Banjamin Cowley< no role > their Executors
and Administrators that he the said Francis Buskin his
Executors or Administrators shall and will on or before the
day ofnext begin to repair
the Bridge aforesaid and diligently and without delay attend
proceed and carry on the Works necessary for that purpose and
shall and will well and sufficiently repair the same and the said
Wharfing with such good and sound Timber of such Sorts and
scantlings as shall be directed or approved of by the said Boulton
Mainwaring or such other Surveyor as aforesaid and shall
and will compleat and finish all the said Work on or before the
day ofnext coming In
