Cowley for themselves their Executors and Administrators do
Covenant promise and agree with the said
Francis Buskin< no role >
his Executors and Administrators that he and they shall be
paid satisfied and allowed out of the Monies already raised
or to be raised by Virtue of an Act of Parliament passed in the
twelfth year of the Reign of his late Majesty King George the
second Intituled an Act for the more easy assessing Collecting
and levying of County Rates for all such good seasoned and fit
materials provided wrought up used and employed in or about
the said Repairs and Work as aforesaid at and after the
several Rates and prices aforesaid within the space of
after the same shall be compleated and
finished as aforesaid and measured and the Measurement
certified to the said
