By Adjournment on Thursday the 22d. of
April 1762 .

Adams £3.14s.6d

It is Ordered that Mr John Higgs< no role > Trear of this County do
pay to James Sturges Adams three pounds fourteen Shillings
and six pence in full of his Account for Subsistance of Vagrts.
since the last Session And that the receipt of the said James
Sturges Adams
< no role > togr. with this Order shall be a sufficient
discharge to the said Trear for such Payment.

Turner 20s.8d

It is Ordered that the said Treasurer do pay to John
Turner
< no role > Governor of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell
the Sum of twenty Shillings and eight Pence in full of his
Accounts for Subsistance of Vagrants lodged there Since
January Session last and that the receipt of the said John
Turner together with this Order shall be a sufficient discharge
to the said Treasurer for such Payment.

By Adjournment on Friday the 23d. of April 1762 .

This Court taking Notice of that the Jury Attending for the tryal of Treasuer
at this & several proceding Sessions hath been a Standing Jury of the same
Persons attending constantly from Session to Session which is irregular
and may be of evil Consequences Doth Order that the Sheriff of this
County do not return to the next Session any of those Persons return'd to the
present Sessions as traverse Jurymen but do sumon. impanel & return a Suffict.
number of other indifferent Persons duly qualified to serve on such Juries
to the said next Session to serve in the same Session for the Tryal of
issues And that the Clerk of the peace or his Deputy do give
Notice of this Order to the said Sheriff or his Deputy usually attend
the Service of this Court.

NB. This Order was made both at the Sessions of the Peace
and Oyer & Terminer holden as above.
