of Kensington Division
in the room of Jas. Taylor< no role > }

It is Ordered by this Court that James Taylor< no role > Gentl . who hath Served
the Office of High Constable of Kensington Division within the Hundred
of Ossulston in this County for the space of three Years and upwards
last past be and he is hereby absolutely discharged from his Said
Office And this Court doth appoint Mr Stephen Randall< no role > of the Hamlet of Hamersmith
within the said Division and Hundred aforesaid Butcher to be High
Constable of the said Division in the Stead and Place of the said
James Taylor< no role > And doth further Order that the said Stephen Randall< no role >
do forthwith upon Notice of this Order attend and take his corporal
Oath in this Court for the due execution of his said Office.

William Sheldon< no role > the Cryer's Assistant's Bill amounting to five Pounds
one Shillings for pasting up the public Orders of this Court is referred to this
Comittee of prisons William Pentlow< no role > 's Application and James Elmore< no role > 's
Petn. are referr'd to the Same Cosee. And the Coudee are desired to make
their report at the next County Day.

Housekeeper to
attend the New River
Company on their
Demand of Water Rent< no role > }

Mr. John White< no role > Cryer of the Sessions and House keeper of Hicks Hall
informing this Court that twenty four Shillings has been demanded of him
by the Collector of the New River Water tax for one Years Rent of the said
Water It is Ordered that the said Mr. White do wait upon and acquain [..]
the Govrs of the said Company at their next Board that His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace of this County have been hitherto complimen-
ted by them with the use of the Said Water at this Session house who
the said Justices meet only for the Public benefit of this County without
any Profit to themselves and that therefore this Court doth hope
the Gentlemen will continue that Favour to the said County.
