present or any three or more of them as a Committee to meet together
at Hickshall in St. John Street on Thursday the twenty first day
of February next at ten of the Clock in the forenoon to draw up a
Representation against the Said Sr. Samuel Gower< no role > This name instance is in set 3163. to the Said
Lord High Chancellor touching the Premisses, And it is in the mean
hereby referred unto his Majestys Justices of the Peace of this County
residing in the Tower Division (in which the Said Sr. Samuel Gower< no role > This name instance is in set 3163.

place within the Same Division as they Shall appoint and to
convene before them Such Persons as they Shall in this behalf think
proper, and to take then Affidts. or Informations in writing upon Oath

as a Justice of the Peace of this County or touching any Misdemeanor
or Misdemeanors by him committed or by him Suffered to be committed,
And to lay Such Affidts. or Informations before the above mentioned
Committee of Justices at Hickshall on the Said twenty first day of
February next at ten of the Clock in the forenoon, and also to order
the Persons who shall make Such Affidts. or Informations to appear
before the Said Committee of Justices at the Same time for further
Examination if it Shall be thought necessary, And the Said Committed
of Justices (after Such Affidts. or Informations Shall be laid before them
and Such Attendance of the Witnesses as aforesd. are desired to draw up
the Said Representation and to lay the Same before the Court of the next
General Session of the Peace for this County on the County day of the
Same Session.
