And to execute the Office of Keeper of New Prison aforesaid
and to receive the fees and Profits thereof to his own Use until
Thursday the twenty Eighth Day of February next, and until
another Keeper of the Said Prison Shall be appointed.

By adjornment on Thursday the 17th. day of Janry, 1750 .

It is Ordered by this Court that it be, And it is hereby
recommended and referred unto his Majestys Justices of the Peace
of this County herein after named (to wit) Thomas Lane< no role > John

Walter Berry< no role > Esqrs . and Such other Justices of the Peace of this
County as will please to be present or any three or more of them
as a Committee to meet together at Hicks Hall in Saint John
Street on Thursday the twenty first day of February next at ten
of the Clock in the forenoon

To consider about the Choice of a Keeper of New Prison at
Clerkenwell in the place and Stead of Edward Holly bone
deceased , and upon what Terms.

And also to inspect the Account of the Inspectors of the
distempered horned Cattle in this County of Moneys claymed to
be due to them from the 13th. day of October 1750 to the 12th. day
of January 1750, and to ascertain what Sum or Sums of Money ought
to be allowed & paid to them.

And also to consider of the Petition of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Ealing in this County thereby
praying that the Court will be pleased to Order the Treasure to pay to
them Such a Sum of Money as the Court Shall adjudge areasonable
Satisfaction for the Charges the Said Parish has been put unto in
relieving and providing for Ann Derrick otherwise Bromley a Vagrant
and her Bastard Child of which She was delivered in the Said Parish
from 13th. day of November 1750 to the 26th. day of December then
next, on which day She was committed to the House of Correction
pursuant to the Statute.

And to make their Report touching the Premises on the County
day of the next Sessions.
