Order for Mr. Higgs the
Trearer to Pay Nine
Pound to Mr. John
Wilkins Paviour for &
keeping the Pavement
of Brentford Bridge in
repair for one Yearen
being a Michas 1750.}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of
of this County do pay unto Mr. John Wilkins< no role > Paviour the
Sum of Nine Pounds due to him by Contract for Keeping the
Pavement of Brentford Bridge in Repair for One Year ending
at Michaelmas One Thousand Seven Hundred and fifty are
that the Receipt of the Said John Wilkins< no role > together with this
Order Shall be a Sufficient discharge to the Said Treasure for
such Pavement

the hearing of the com
plaint of St Samuell

It is Ordered by this Court that the Hearing of the Complaint
against Sr. Samuel Gower< no role > This name instance is in set 3162. Knt . touching some irregularity
alledged to have been committed by him be adjourned untill the
County Day of the next General at Quarter Session of the peace
to be holden in this County.

Application being made unto this Court by Mr. John Field< no role >
High Constable within the Hundred of Edmonton in this
County Alledging that he has served the said Office of
High Constable for the Space of three Years and that he
hath paid all Moneys ordered to be collected by him to the
Treasurer and to pray to be discharged from the Said Office
This Court being Satisfyed of the Truth of the Premises doth
appoint Mr. Samuell Tull< no role > of the Parish of Edmonton with
in the Said Hundred of Edmonton aforesaid in the Place
Stead of the Said John Field< no role > and doth Order that the Said
Samuell Tull< no role > do forth with (after Notice of this Order) attend
one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County reside
ing in or near the Said Hundred and forthwith take his
ExOath before Such Justices of the Peace for his due Execu-
tion of the Office of High Constable within the Hundred
of Edmonton aforesaid and from and after the time of
his having taken Such Oath the Said John Field< no role > is to
stand absolutely discharged from being Big Constable
within the Said Hundred.
