Berry Esqrs . Justices of the Peace of this County or any three or more
of them as Committed to meet together at Hickshall to consider of a
proper Appointment for constituting a New Keeper of the Said Prison
and upon what Terms, And to See if any and what repairs are
wanting & necessary to be done thereto and also to the House of
Correction at Clerkenwell , - And to consider if the yearly Sum
of Nine Pounds payable to John Wilkins< no role > Pavior by Contract to keep
Brentford Bridge in repair is a reasonable Sum, - And also to
inspect the Account and State what Sum of Money is due to the
Inspectors of the distempered Cattle, - And also to inspect the
Bill and State what Sum of Money is due or fit to be allowed
to Mr. James Wilder< no role > Clerk to the Justices appointed to take care
of the distempered Cattle, And to take into Consideration a
Matter concerning begging Passes Said to be granted by the Lord
Mayor of the City of London , And to make their Report to the
Court touching the Premises on the County day of the next
General Sessions to be holden for this County.

Constable within the
Hundred of Edmonton
in the place & Stead
of Mr. Francis Lee< no role > }

Upon the Humble Petition of Francis Lee< no role > High Constable
within the Hundred of Edmonton in this County is Exibited unto
this Court setting forth that he hath Executed the Said Officeof
well and Truly to the best of his Judgment for the Space of one Year
and a Quarter and hath no Publick Money in his Hands and tray
ing to be discharged from the Said Office, This Court being Satisfyed
of the Truth of the Premises doth appoint James Yalden< no role > of the
Parish of South Mims within the Said Hundred Tarmer to be High
Constable within the Said Hundred of Edmunton in the Place and
Stead of the Said Francis Lee< no role > and doth Order that the Said James
Yalden doforth< no role > with after Notice of this Order Attend one of has
Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County residing in or near
the Said Hundred and forthwith take his Oath before Such
Justice of the Peace for his due Execution of the Office of High
Constable within the Hundred of Edmonton aforesaid And
from and after the time of his having taken such Oath the
said Francis Lee< no role > is to Stand also lutely Discharged from being
High Constable within the Said Hundred
