in relation to his Office of a Justice of the Peace of this County, And if
the Said Committee Shall find that any Irregularitys or Missdemeanors
have been by him Committed as a Justice of the Peace of the Said
County which are proper to be represented, Then to draw up a
Representation against St. Samuel Gower< no role > This name instance is in set 3161. for the Same to the
Right Honourable the Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain
And to lay the Drat. of Such Representation before his Majesty< no role > 's
Justices of the Peace for this County to be assembled in Sessions.

By adjournmt. on Thursday the 13th. day of September 1750.

Order for Payment of

Inspectors of the
distempered Cattle.

A Report being made unto this Court by Luke Robinson< no role > , Henry
Butler Pacey
< no role > , George Errington< no role > , Richard Ricards< no role > & Philip
Dyot Esqrs . Justices of the Peace of this County touching the
account of Moneys claimed to be due to the Inspectors appointed
to take Care of the distempered Cattle in the Said County Whereby
the Said Justices Certify that they have examined and allowed the
Said Account being forty five Pounds and ten Shillings, In
which Account it is mentioned that there is due to the Said
Inspectors (to wit)

To Joseph Walker< no role > from the 24th. February
1749 to the 26th. of May 1750. being 13 Weeks
at 20s. a Week} £13.0s.0d

To Edward Tomkins< no role > from Ditto to Ditto
at Ditto} £13.0s.0d

To Thomas Lane< no role > from Ditto to Ditto
at Ditto} £13.0s.0d

To John Westbrook< no role > from Ditto to Ditto at 10s. £6.10s.0d

This Court being Satisfyed that the Said Inspectors ought
to be allowed & paid the Said Sums respectively one to them
Doth Order that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do
pay unto the Said Inspectors respectively the Said respective
Sums of Money written over against their respective Names
whose respective Receipts together with this Order Shall be
Sufficient Discharges to the Said Treasurer for Such respective
Payments.
