At the General Sessions of the Peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall
in St. John Street in the County aforesaid by adjournment
on Thursday the thirty first day of May in the twenty third
year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord< no role > George the Second
King of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender
of the Faith Etc before Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr . The Right Honble.
George Earl< no role > of Kinnoull Sir Samuel Gower< no role > Knt . John
Milner John Derbyshire< no role > Birklead Mercy< no role > Teshmaker
Richard Ricards< no role > Barwell Smith< no role > Philip Dyot< no role > Peter
Elers William Withers< no role > Boulton Mainwaring< no role > John Lawton< no role >
Walter Berry< no role > Esqr . and other their Fellows Justices of
our Said Lord the King assigned to Keep the Peace in
the County aforesaid and also to hear & determine divers
Felonies Trespasses & other Misdeeds committed in the
Same County.

By adjournment on Thursday the 31st. day of May
1750.

Wilder.}

A Bill of Mr. James Wilder< no role > of Moneys alledged to be due
to him as Clerk to the Justices of the Peace appointed to take
Care of the distempered Cattle in this County amounting to
the Sum of £33.16s.1d being produced before this Court, and
the Same being referred to the Consideration of a Comittee
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace to ascertain & report
at the next Session what Sum of Money may be proper
to be allowed & paid to the Said Mr. Wilder thereupon, who
praying that he may in the mean time be paid Some part
thereof, It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Treasurer of this County do pay (if he hath Sufficient or
imediately after he hath Sufficient Money in his hands)
unto the Said Mr. Wilder the Sum of ten Pounds in part of
the Moneys which Shall be comeing due to him upon his
Said Bill, whose Rect. together with this Order Shall be
a Sufficient discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such
payment.
