It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby referred
unto his Majestys Justices of the Peace of this County herein after
named (to wit) Thomas Lane< no role > Luke Robinson< no role > John Milner< no role >
James Clitherow< no role > Henry Fielding< no role > Pierce Galliard Stephen< no role >
Beckingham Richard Hassell< no role > Henry Norris< no role > Isaac Pacatus

County as Shall think fit to be present or any three or more of
them as a Committee to meet at Hickshall in St. John Street
on Thursday the thirty first day of May next at ten of the Clock
in the forenoon to inspect and take the Account of Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Treasurer of this County of what Moneys have been received by
him received by virtue of the last Rate (which was made
on the Sixth Day of April 1749) for raising of Moneys for
the purposes mentioned in the late Act of Parliament made
for the more easy assessing collecting and levying of County
Rates, and if his Disbursements thereout, and to State and
adjust the Said Account, And to make their Report to the
Court touching the Same.

By adjournment on Thursday the 26th. day of April 1750.

Order of Recomendation
to Justices of the Peace in
Finsbury Division to put
the Laws in Execution for
divers Sorts of Offences.}

Upon a Remonstrance in this behalf made unto this Court by
Mr. Thomas Hurford< no role > High Constable of Finsbury Division in
this County touching the Matters herein after mentioned, It is
Ordered by this Court that it be, And It is hereby recomended
and referred unto his Majestys Justices of the Peace of this County
residing in Finsbury Division aforesaid or any two or more of
them to issue forth their Precepts from time as often as they Shall
think need full to the Said High Constable to put the Law in
execution against loose idle and disorderly Persons Such as
are described in the Act of Parliament made against Vagabonds
And also to Suppress unlawfull Gaming is used And it is also recomended
to the Said Justices or any two or more of them to grant Warrants
for making Request privcy Searches in the Said Division, great
Numbers of Suspicious Persons harbouring therein which are
drove from other parts of the Town, And also to Order that
the Watch be duely Kept and regulated, And also to require
the High Constable and the Constables and Headboroughs within
