Order appointing a
Committee concerning
a Matter relating to
Henry Broadhead< no role >
Esqr .}

A Matter coming on to be debated in this Court concerning
Some Irregularities alledged to have been committed by Henry
Broadhead Esqr . in relation to his Office of a Justice of the Peace
of this County, and Several Affidtt. in writing touching
the Same (of which Copys have been transmitted to the Said
Mr. Broadhead) being now read in his presence, and Henry
Fielding Esqr. informing this Court that he hath a further
Charge to bring against the said Mr. Broadhead by Affidt.
in Writing which he will cause to be left with the Clerk of the
Peace before the next Sessions, It is Ordered by this Court
that a Copy of Such further Charge (after the Same be left
with the Clerk of the Peace ) be transmitted to the Said Mr.
Broadhead, and that a Committee of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace be appointed to examine and consider of the
Said Matters, Whereupon It is recommended by this Court

Esqrs . and Such other Justices of the Peace of this County
as Shall think fit to be present or any three or more of
them as a Committee to meet together at Hicks Hall on
Thursday the first Day of March next at ten of the
Clock in the forenoon, And to consider of the Matters
comprized in the Said Affidts. and of what Answer
Shall be given thereto by the Said Mr. Broadhead who
desired to be present with the Said Committee at the
time and place aforesaid that he may be heard touching
the Said Matters, And the Said Committee are desired to
make their Report to the Court of General Sessions of
the Peace on the Same day touchings the premisses.
