Order for inspecting the
Amount of Moneys claymed
to be due to the Inspectors
and also to Mr. James Wilder< no role >
Clerk to the Justices of the
Peace in relation to the
distempered Cattle.}

It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recommended and referred unto his Majestys Justices of the
Peace of this County herein after named (to wit) Thomas Lane< no role >
Luke Robinson< no role > John Milner< no role > George Cooke< no role > James Clitherow< no role >
Pierce Galliard< no role > John Derbyshire Birkhead< no role > Merry Teshmaker< no role >
Vigerus Edwards< no role > Philip Dyot< no role > Richard Ricards Samuel
Tatem Robert Tothill Peter Elers< no role > Henry Broadhead< no role >
William Withers< no role > George Errington< no role > Boulton Mainwaring John
Lawton and< no role > Walter Berry< no role > Esqrs . and Such other Justices of the
Peace of this County as Shall think fit to be present or any three
or more of them as a Committee to meet at Hicks hall on
Thursday the twelfth Day of October next at ten of the Clock
in the forenoon to inspect the Account of Moneys claymed to
be due to the Inspectors employed to take Care of the
distempered Cattle for their Paines and trouble therein, and
also the Account of Moneys claymed to be due to Mr. James
Wilder Clerk to the Justices of the Peace appointed to take Care
of the Said Cattle, and also to consider of any other Matter of
Importance which may be laid before the Court, and to make
their Report to the Court touching the Premisses.

Richd. Jupp to take an
Amount of what repairs
have been done and of
what further repairs are
wanting and necessary to
be done to the Mulberry
Garden House at
Clerkenwell Etc.}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. Richard Jupp< no role > be and he is
hereby desired to take a View of the Mulberry Garden House with
the Apparts at Clerkenwell (part of the Estate belonging to this
County) late in the Occupation of William Body< no role > (Since deceased)
who was Lessee of the Same and afterwards in Occupation of
Mary Body< no role > his Widow now Wife of John Bray< no role > , And to take
an Account of what Repairs have been done to the Premisses
either by the Said William Body< no role > in his Life time, or by the Said
Mary or her present Husband Since the Death of the Said William
Body, And also to See and take an Account in Writing of what
further Repairs are wanting & necessary to be done to the
Premisses or any and what part thereof, and to make an Estimate
of the Charge of doing Such further Repairs, And the Said Mr. Jupp
is desired to lay an Account of what Repairs have been done to
the Premisses by the Said William Body< no role > in his Life time or by
the Said Mary or her present Husband Since his Death and also
an Account of Such further Repairs as are wanting & necessary
to be done to the Premisses as aforesaid and of the Charge of.
