doing the Same before the Court of the next Sessions of the
Peace for this County on Thursday the twelfth Day of October
now next ensuing.

By adjournment on Thursday the 7th. Day of September
1749 .

Order for Mr. Higgs the Trearer
to pay £6.10s.0d. to Mr.
John Applebee< no role > Printer
for printing Orders of
Sessions agt. Sabbath-
-breakers and for
Suppressing unlawfull
Fairs.}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer
of the County of Middx do pay the Sum of two Pounds and
ten Shillings unto Mr. John Applebee< no role > Printer for printing
five hundred Orders of Sessions against Sabbath breakers
gameing in the fields on the Lords Day, and for Paper,
and also the further Sum of four Pounds for printing One
thousand Orders of Sessions for Suppressing Unlawfull Fairs
and for Paper, which Sums amount in the Whole to Six
Pounds and ten Shillings, And that the Receipt of the
Said John Applebee< no role > together with this Order Shall be a
Sufficient Discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such payment.
