as soon as found the said Court sat till the Wednesday following
As therefore these several Evils and Inconveniencies will plainly and visibly arise from the
Observance of this Rule as some of them have actually happened and others may happen
unavoidably And as this is a matter which concerns the Execution of the publick Justice
of the Kingdom we think it a Duly Accumbent on us to represent the same to your
Lordships and the other Justices and Barons that you may be the better able to
judge of the Expediency of the said Rule or Order and after Consideration had of
what is here offered may discharge or vary the said Rule or Order as the same
shall seem to you in your great Wisdoms to conduce the most to the furtherance of
publick Justice and for the benefit of the Subject
