Order for printing the Order
of Sessions for Suppressing
Unlawfull Fairs in the
Daily Advertiser Etc.}

It is Ordered that a Standing Order of General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the County of Middx
made for the Suppressing of Several Unlawfull Fairs
or pretended Fairs in the Said County be printed and
published in the News Paper called The Daily Advertiser
and also in one of the Evening Papers for the better
Notification of the Said Order to the intent no Person
mary presume to offend against the Same.

By adjournment on Thursday the 6th. Day of July 1749.

Order desiring Pierce
Galliard Esqr. to prepare
a Drat. of an Order of
Sessions in relation to
Vagabonds Etc.}

It being Represented unto this Court that it will be of
Service to the Publick that divers Vagabonds who are or
Shall be apprehended in this County in order to be conveyed
to the respective places of their last legal Settlements
Should be first publickly corrected, before they be So conveyed,
and that it would have been very proper to have had it So
mentioned in the Order made made in December Sessions
1747 for limiting and ascertaining the Rates & Allowanes
for passing and maintaining Vagabonds Etc and that it may
be proper that Some other Alterations or amendments
be made in the Said Order, It is thereupon Ordered by
this Court that Pierce Galliard< no role > Esqr . one of his Majesty< no role > 's
Justices of the Peace of this County be and he is hereby desired
to consider of the Said Order and in what respects it may
be altered or amended, And to draw up Such other Order
in Stead thereof with Such Additions or Amendments as he
Shall think proper, And to lay a Drat. of Such Order before
this Court on the County Day of the next General Sessions of
the Peace to be holden for the Said County.
