the Said Division in the place and Stead of the Said Samuel
Anderson, And doth Order that the Said Henry Collett< no role > do
forthwith (after Notice to him given of this Order) attend one
of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace of this County residing in
or near Kensington Division aforesaid and take his Oath before
Such Justice of the Peace for his due Execution of the Office of
High Constable of the Said Division, And from and after the
time of his having taken Such Oath the Said Samuel Anderson< no role >
is to Stand absolutely discharged from being High Constable of
Kensington Division aforesaid.

By adjornment on Thursday the 12th. day of October, 1749 .

Order for a Letter to be
written to the Earl of Kinnoul
& James Clarke< no role > Esqr.
desiring they will please
to conform to an Order of
Sessions, wth. ascertains
the Rates & Prices for
the conveying & relieving
Vagabonds Etc.}

It is Ordered that a Letter be written to the Clerk of the Peace
to the Right Honble. the Earl of Kinnoul and James Clarke< no role > Esqr.
two of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx
desireing that they will be pleased to conform to an Order of
General Sessions of the Peace made pursuant to an Act of
Parliament by which Order the Rates & Prices to be allowed
to Peace Officers for conveying & relieving Vagabonds in
Middx are limited & ascertained, and not Make greater
Allowances on Such account than are mentioned in the Said
Order.

By adjornment on Thursday the 12th. day of October, 1749.

Order for Mr. Higgs the
Trearer to pay 14s. to
Mr. John Daniel< no role > Deputy
Cryer for his Paines and
trouble in posting up
printed Copys of an Order
of Sessions for Suppressing
unlawfull Fairs.}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of
this County do pay unto Mr. John Daniel< no role > Deputy Cryer of
this Court the Sum of fourteen Shillings allowed to him by this
Court for his Paines & trouble in posting up in Several
Divisions in this County divers printed Copys of a Standing
Order of Sessions of Peace for the Suppressing of Unlawfull Fairs
And that the Receipt of the Said John Daniel< no role > together with this
Order Shall be a Sufficient discharge to the Said Treasurer
for Such payment.
