It appearing to this Court by Certificate under the hands of Francis
Hole< no role > and John Lawton< no role > Esqrs . two of Majestys Justices of the Peace
for this County that there is due to Mr. Edward Chandler< no role > for Coffins
by him provided for the Burial of James Miller< no role > William Henley< no role >
and Joseph Glassard< no role > poor Prisoners who dyed in the House of
Correction at Clerkenwell in the Said County the Sum of Sixteen
Shillings and Six pence, And that Several Sums of Money have
been disbursed by Mr. Henry Wallbanck< no role > Keeper of the Said House
of Correction for half Dutys & Interment of the Said Prisoners
amounting in the whole to the Sum of Seventeen Shillings,
And the Said Edward Chandler< no role > & Henry Wallbanck< no role > praying
that the Said respective Sums may be paid to them respectively
It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of
this County do pay the Said Sum of Sixteen Shillings and Six
pence unto the Said Edward Chandler< no role > , and the Said Sum of
Seventeen Shillings unto the Said Henry Wallbanck< no role > in full
of their Said respective Demands, And that their respective Receipts
together with this Order Shall be Sufficient Discharges to the Said
Treasurer for Such respective payments.
