and Committed her to the House of Correction pursuant to the
Said Statute And the Petitioners therefore praying this
Court will order the Treasurer of this County to pay the
Petitioners the Said Sum of Two Pounds expended by them
as aforesaid or Such other Sum of Money as this Court Shall
adjudge a reasonable Satisfaction, This Court upon
hearing what was alledged concerning the Premisses being
Satisfied that the Substance of the Said Petition is true,
Doth Order that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do
pay unto the Churchwardens or Overseers of the Poor of the sd.
Parish the Sum of two Pounds of lawfull Money of Great
Britain which this Court doth adjudge a reasonable
Satisfaction for the Charges the Said Parish hath been put
to on account of the Said Mary Saunders< no role > , And that their
Receipt Shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the Said
Treasurer for Such payment.

By adjournment on Thursday the 13th. day of October 1748 .

Order for Mr. Higgs the
Trearer to pay £1.14s.4d to
Mr. Tho Wilkinson< no role > for his
disbursments & trouble in
transacting matters before
his Majestys Attorney
General in order to have
[..] Information granted
[..] holding Hampstead
Fair.

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of
this County do pay unto Mr. Thomas Wilkinson< no role > the Sum of one
Pound fourteen Shillings and four pence for his Disbursments
trouble and paines in transacting Matters before his Majesty< no role > 's
Attorney General in order to have an Information granted
for holding a pretended Fair at Hampstead . And that the
Receipt of the Said Thomas Wilkinson< no role > together with this
Order Shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the Said Treasurer for
Such payment.
