£10.12s.10d. to Mr. Henry
Wallbanck Keeper of
the House of Correction
at Clerkenwell for
passing & relieving of
Vagrants & Vagabonds.}

It appearing to this Court by Certificate under the hands of
Nathaniel Chandler< no role > and Francis Hole< no role > Esquires being of the
Committee of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the peace of this County for
Stating and adjusting the publick Accounts of the Said County
that they have perused an Account commenceing on the
Sixth Day of April one thousand Seven hundred and forty
four, and examined the Same with the Vouchers, and find
that the Sum of ten Pounds twelve Shillings and ten pence
is due to Mr. Henry Wallbanck< no role > Keeper of the House of Correction
at Clerkenwell in this County upon the Said Account for the
passing and relieving of Vagrants and Vagabonds untill the
eighth day of May inclusive, And the Said Henry Wallbanck< no role >
praying that the Said Sum may be paid unto him It is Ordered
by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do
pay the Said Sum of ten pounds twelve Shillings and ten pence
unto the Said Henry Wallbanck< no role > in full of his Demand for
the passing and relieving of Vagrants and Vagabonds untill
the eighth day of this instant May inclusive, And that the
Said Sum be allowed to the Said Treasurer upon his Account.

By Adjornment on Thursday the tenth day of
May 1744.

Order for altering
the time of holding the
Mid Summer Sessions
1744.}

It is Ordered by this Court that the time of holding the next
General Quarter Sessions of the peace for Middx (which was
intended to begin on Monday the Second day of July next) be allowed
And that the Same Sessions of the peace do begin and be holden
at Hicks hall on Monday the twenty fifth day of June 1744
and on the five next ensuing days, In regard the time of
holding the next Sessions of Gaol Delivery at the Old Baily
(which was intended to begin on Wednesday the fourth day
of July next) is altered and is to beginn there on Thursday the
twenty eighth day of the Same Month of June, And let this
Order be printed in one of the publick News papers for the
better Notification thereof.
