Esquires Justices of the peace of this County of Middx or any
two or more of them be and they are hereby appointed a
Standing Committee to oversee the Pavement of the Hay
Market in the Parishes of St. Martin in the Fields and St.
James within the Liberty of Westminster in the Said County
And to take Care and See that the Same be from time to
time repaired and maintained with all and all manner of
needfull and necessary reparations and Amendments when
and as often as necessity Shall be, And that the boundary
post and boundary Stones of the Said Hay Market be preserved and kept in
their proper places, And also from time to time to deliver
or leave or cause to be delivered or left notice in Writing
under their hands to or for the Executors or Administrators of
John Mist< no role > Pavior deced or Some or one of them to repair,
according to the Contract of the Said John Mist< no role > in that behalf
made, all and every or any part or parts of the pavement of the Said
Hay Market (which Shall or may be at any time or times
hereafter during the Continuance of the Said Contract out of
repair) in Six days next after Such Notice Shall be delivered
to or left for the Said Executors or Admrs. or Some or one of
them, And that in case the Said Execrs. or Admrs. Shall
neglect to repair the Same or any part thereof within the Said
Six days, That then the Said Committee of Justices of the
peace or any two of them may Order another person or
persons to repair the Same, and the Expence thereof to be
paid by the Collector of the Toll Money of the Said Hay Market
and to be by him deducted out of the next quarterly payment
