And we are of Opinion That Mr. William
Butler ought to be allowed for rent of his two
Houses Standing empty from Christmas
1740 to Michealmas 1742 being one year and
three quarters at 18 pound a year by reason
of new building the said Bridge} £31..10s..0d

And we are of Opinion That Mr. Thomas
Hinton ought to be Allowed for taking and
drawing Plans of the yards and Houses
adjoining to Brentford Bridge , Valuing Mr.
Butler's Houses and attending the Commission
Several times at Hicks Hall } £5..5s..0d

Mr. Butler laid before the Committee (to wit.) Sr. Joseph
Ayloff
< no role > . Mr. Clitherow. Mr. Moore. and Mr. Poulson on
21st. of December a further demand (to wit) two bills one
of £4..10s..4d due to John Spooner< no role > Bricklayer and another
of 16s..7d to Thomas Palmer< no role > Carpenter for repairing damages
done to Mr. Butlers Houses

Mr. Butler and Mr. James Ashley< no role > also Complained that they
had received Some further damage by Settleing of the new
Ground near Brentford Bridge

The Said Matters were referred by the Committee to Mr. Horne
being then present to examine and give an account
thereof to the Committee, and So to be made Part of the
report

And we do further Certify that Mr. John Wilkins< no role > pavior
attended us and desired that the Sum of £228..19s..10d being
the amount of his Bill due to him for paving Brentford
Bridge Etc. being included in the said Sum of £1580..7s..4d
above mentioned to be due to the said Mr. Dunne and
Mr. Marquand as part of their demand, Wee are of
Opinion that the same ought to be done accordingly
and to be abstracted from their Said demands All which,
wee humbly Submitt to the Judgment of this Court
