At the General Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord< no role > the King begun
& holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John in
the County aforesaid on Monday to wit the Sixth Day of September
in the Sixteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord< no role > George the
Second King of Great Britain Etc. before John Milner< no role > Robert Hucks< no role >
James Clitherow< no role > Nicholas Jeffryes< no role > James Cardonnel< no role > Samuel Tyson< no role >
Merry Teshmaker< no role > Richard Riccards< no role > William Morrice< no role > Peter Elers< no role >
Charles Egerton< no role > Samuel Tatem< no role > John Jenner< no role > John Poulson< no role > George
Fowlke Francis Hole Esqr . & others their fellows Justices of our said
Lord the King Assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid And
also to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and other
Misdeeds Comitted in the same County And from thence continued
by sevall Adjournments untill this Day to wit Thursday the Ninth
Day of the same Month of September in the Year aforesd. And on the
same Day holden by Adjournment at Hicks Hall in Sr. John Street
in & for the sd. County before the above Named Justices & others their
Fellows Justices.

County Rate.

Whereas two seval Presentments were made by the Grand Jurys for
the County of Middlesex the first unto the Court of General Quarter Session
of the Peace holden at Hicks Hall in Sr. John Street in and for the said
County by Adjournment An the Sixteenth Day of October in the
Thirteenth Year of his present Maties Reign And the other into the
Court of General Quarter Session of the Peace holden at Hicks Hall
in Sr. John Street in & for the sd. County on the Ninth Day of April
in the Fourteenth Year of his Prsent Maties Reign That a certain
Publick Bridge called Brentford Bridge in the County aforesd. (which had
been Usually rebuilt repaired & maintained at the Charge of the
Inhabitants of the said County) was very much out of Repair And
that it was necessary that the sd. Bridge should be repaired or Rebuilt
And that such part of another Publick Bridge called Cherlsea Bridge
As is in the same County (which part of the same Bridge had been
usually rebuilt repaired and Maintained at the Charge of the
Inhabitants of the sd. County) was also very much out of Repair
And that it was Necessary that the aforesd. part of the same Bridge
should be also repaired or Rebuilt The Court did at the General
Session of the Peace holden at Hicks Hall in Sr. John Street in &
for the County of Middx by Adjournment on Thursday the Sixth
Day of December in the Thirteenth Year of his sd. prsent Maties
Reign And at another Session (to wit) at the General Quarter
Session of the Peace holden at Hicks Hall in Sr. John Street
