for passing and
releiving Vagabonds
until the 5th. day of
July 1742 inclusive}

A Report being made unto this Court, Oretenus, by
Nathaniel Chandler< no role > Esqr . That he together with Thomas
Moore & Francis Hole< no role > Esqrs . being a Quorum of the Committee
of his Maties Justices of the peace of this County for inspecting
& adjusting the publick Accounts of the Said County have
perused the Account of Mr. Henry Wallbanck< no role > Keeper of the
House of Correction at Clerkenwell in the Said County for the
passing & releiving of Vagabonds beginning the twenty
Sixth day of May One thousand Seven hundred and forty
two and ending the fifth day of July in the Same year, and
that they have examined the Said Account with the Vouchers,
And that there is due & owing to the Said Henry Wallbanck< no role >
upon the Said Account the Sum of thirty nine pounds
eleven Shillings and Six pence for the passing & releiving
of Vagabonds This Court doth thereupon direct & Order Mr.
John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of the Said County to pay the Said
Sum [..] to the Said Henry Wallbanck< no role > in full of his Said
demand to the fifth day of July aforesaid [..]
inclusive, And that the Said Sum be allowed to the Said
Treasurer upon his Account.

It appearing to this Court by Certificate of Peter Elers &
Anthony Wroth< no role > Esqrs . being of the Committee of his Maties
Justices of the peace of this County for Stating & adjusting
of the publick accounts of the Said County that they have
perused an Account Intituled Westmr. An Account of
Vagrants passed to the House of Correction in Tothill
fields Since the Sixteenth day of June 1741 exclusive
of a former bill delivered at Hicks Hall the twelfth
day of June in Mr. Walter Bretts time late Governor
