This Court doth not proceed to Sign the Said Bench warrant It
being understood from the Said Justices that the Said Liberty
would pay the moneys assessed thereupon by the Said Rate,

By Adjornmt. on Thursday the 29th. day of April 1742 .

Order for the Treasurer
to make an equal
dividend of the money
of such County Pentioners
who have not applyed
for a considerable time
to receive their Pentions
(it being Supposed that
they are dead) amongst
the Surviving Pentioners
if application be not
made by Michmas 1742}

Information being given unto this Court that divers persons
(whohavewere formerly admitted as maimed Soldiers or
Mariners of this County, and as Such allowed yearly County
pentions to be respectively paid them by quarterly payments
by the Treasurer for the maimed Soldiers & Mariners of the Said
County) have not applyed quarterly for a considerable time
past unto the present Treasurer of this County to be paid their
respective County Pentions, So that it may be reasonably
Supposed that Such County Pentioners (who have made
default in not applying to receive their Said Pentions as they
were Formerly went to do) are dead, And the Said present
Treasurer praying the direction of this Court how the
moneys allowed as Pentions to Such of the Said County
Pentioners (who have made default in not applying to
receive the Same as aforesaid) Shall be disposed of, It is
Ordered by this Court that in case the Said County Pentioners
who have made default in not applying as aforesaid Shall
not apply by Michaelmas day now next ensueing to receive
their respective pentions then payable That then the Said
Treasurer Shall make an equal dividend of what Maimed
Soldiers money remains in his hands among the
Surviving Pentioners Supposing the Sum So to be devided
does not exceed, what they will be then intituled to for
their Pentions to that time.
