Payment of the said Sum of [..] Ninety nine Pounds thirteen
Shillings and five pence alledged to be due to the said Peter
Creswell or his Executors for the passing & releiving of Vaga-
-bonds, And this Court doth also order that the Remainder
of the Money to be allowed to the said Peter Creswell< no role > or his
said Executors on that account amounting to the said Sum
of seventy eight Pounds two Shillings and nine Pence be
paid by the said Treasurer unto the said John Chilton< no role >
one of the Executors of the said Peter Creswell< no role > in full of his
Demand for the passing & releiving of vagabones, And this
Court doth further Order that the said Sum of Twenty two
pounds one Shilling & two Pence mentioned in that part of
the said Report which doth concern the said Walter Brett be
paid by the said Treasurer unto the legal Representatives
or Representatives of the said Walter Brett since deceased
in full of his Demand for the passing & releiving of Vagabonds
And that the said several Sums of Money hereby directed
to be paid by the said Treasurer as aforesaid shall be allow-
-ed to him upon his Account.

By Adjournment on Thursday 15th: Octobr. 1741 .

An Order for Mr Higgs ye County
Trearer to pay £77.16s.4d to Mr
Henry Wallbank< no role > Keeper of the
House of Corr: at Clerkenwell
upon his Account beginning on
the 13th of April 1741 & ending on
the 30th of Augt. 1741 for passing &
releiving Vagabonds.

A Report being made unto this Court, Are tenus, by
George Tarry< no role > Esquire that he together with Francis Hole &
John Poulson< no role > Esquires being a Quorum of the Committee of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace of this County for inspecting & ad-
-justing the Publick Accounts of the said County, have inspected
the Account of Mr Henry Wallbank< no role > Keeper of the House of
Correction at Clerkenwell in this County for the passing
& releiving of Vagabonds beginning on the thirteenth day
of April one Thousand seven Hundred and forty one and
ending on the thirtyeth day of August in the same Year,
And that on Perusal of the said Account they found a great
many Sums charged therein for the passing & releiving
Vagabonds which were greater than the Settled Rat [..]
Prices which ought to be allowed for that Service, And that they
had moderated & reduced the overcharges in the said Account And that
after such Reduction there in due and owing to the said Henry
Wallbank
