Wallbank upon the said account the Sum of seventy seven Pounds six-
-teen Shillings & four Pence for the passing & releiving of Vaga-
-bonds This Court doth thereupon direct & order Mr John Higgs< no role >
Trearer of this County to pay the said Sum to the said Henry
Wallbank
< no role > in full of his said Demand to the thirtyeth Day of
August one thousand seven hundred & forty one inclusive,
And that the said Sum be allowed to the said Treasurer
upon his account

By Adjournment on Thursday the 15th. day of October 174 1.

Whereas a temporary wooden Bridge hath been erected and built
to enable his Majesty's Subjects to pass & repass over the River
Brent with their horses, reaches, carts & carriages whilst a pub-
-lick Bridge called Brentford Bridge in the County of Middx is
rebuilding, Now upon Information given unto this Court by
Sr Joseph Ayloff Houlding< no role > Bart. one of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the said County & Chairman of the Bridge
Comittee that it is requisite & necessary that three hundred
Loads of Ballast should be laid on the said temporay wooden
Bridge for secureing the same so as the Kings Subjects may
safely pass & repass over the same Bridge upon their lawfull
occassions, It is thereupon Ordered by this Court that it be
And it is hereby referred unto the said Sr. Joseph Ayloff
Houlding and to James Clitherow< no role > & Richard Bulstrode< no role > Esquires
two other Justices of the Peace for the said County or any two of
them to direct the said three hundred Loads of Gravel or so much
thereof as they shall think necessary to be laid and Spread upon
the said temporary wooden Bridge in a good & workman like
manner, And It is further Ordered by this Court that Mr John
Higgs Treasurer of this County do pay such Sum & Sums of money
as shall be due or payable for the said Ballast and the laying &
spreading thereof as aforesaid unto such Person or Persons as the
said Sr. Joseph Ayloff Houlding< no role > Mr Clitherow & Mr Bulstrode or
any two of them shall by writing under their Hands direct the
same to be paid, And that the Sum & Sums of money so to be paid
by the said Treasurer shall be allowed to him upon his
Account
