assembled at this present General Quarter Sessions of the peace
holden for the Same County Do elect nominate & appoint
Henry Wallbanck< no role > of the parish of St. Giles in the fields in
the County of Middx Gent to be Governor
and Keeper of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell in the
Said County in the place and Stead of Peter Creswell< no role > deced
late Governor & Keeper of the Said House of Correction To
have hold execute and enjoy the Said Office or Employment
of Governor & Keeper of the Said House of Correction
Together with all Fees perquisites allowances payment.
profits Comoditys and Emoluments to the Said office or
Employment belonging or appertaining during the
pleasure of the Justices of the peace for the Said County in
their General or Quarter or General Sessions of the peace
for the Same County assembled or to be assembled or the
major part of them only and no longer Upon Condition
that he the Said Henry Wallbanck< no role > do (during the time
he Shall Continue Governor and Keeper of the Said
House of Correction ) keep his constant residence there,
and well demean himself in the Said office or Employment
and execute the Same in his own person and not by Deputy,
And also that he the Said Henry Wallbanck< no role > his Executors or
Administrators do and Shall well and truly pay or cause
to be paid unto the Sheriff of the Said County for the time
being or his Order for the use of his now Majesty King
George the Second his Heirs and Successors all Such
