Little room or clossett hath been accordingly enlarged, and the
charge thereof doth exceed the said Sum of five pounds & five
Shillings It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer
for this County do pay unto the Said Mr. Northcote the said Sum of Five
pounds and five Shillings for enlargeing the Said Little room or
clossett as aforesaid, And that the Said Sum be allowed to the Said
Treasurer upon his account.

It appearing to this Court by the account of Thomas Rea< no role > Esquire
Treasurer of the moneys collected and received or to be collected and
received for repairing the House of Correction in the City & Liberty of
Westminster & other matters (which account was inspected and
allowed on the thirteenth day of October instant by Richard
Farwell George Tarry John Poulson< no role > & James Clitherow< no role > Esqrs.
being a Quorum of the Committee for adjusting the Publick
accounts of this County) that the Several Sums of money received by
the Said Treasurer for the purposes aforesaid do amount in the whole
to the Sum of one hundred and forty pounds And that his
disbursments thereout amount in the whole to one hundred thirty
four pounds fourteen Shillings and Six pence And that there is
remaining in the hands of the Said Mr. Rea upon the ballance
of his Said account the Sum of five pounds five and Six pence, It
is Ordered by this Court that the Said Mr. Rea be and he is hereby
desired to pay the Said Sum of five pounds five Shillings and Six
pence unto Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County to be Subject to
the Orders of the Court of General Quarter General Sessions of
the peace for the Said County touching his disposall thereof, whose
receipt together with this Order or a copy thereof Shall be a
Sufficient discharge to the Said Mr. Rea for Such Payment.

Whereas Sr. Edward Hill< no role > Knt. Thomas Lane< no role > John Poulson< no role >
Anthony Wroth< no role > and George Tarry< no role > Esqrs . Justices of the peace for
the County of Middx being a Quorum of the Committee
appointed to inspect & adjust the publick accounts of the Said
County [..] have by their Report in writting bearing date the
Sixteenth day of October instant Certifyed on to this Court That
according to an Order of Sessions dated the 4th day of September
last the Committee have had two Several Meetings, At the first
of Which meetings Mr. Wilkinson the Deputy Clerk of the peace
attended who had before desired to be discharged from receiving
the County rents any longer and was by a Former Order
