in the Said Report) that pursuant to an Order of Sessions they
contracted with

for his well &
Sufficiently repairing Brentford Bridge
and finding and
providing materials for that purpose, for the Sum of one
hundred Seventy Seven pounds and eight Shillings (to wit)
Sixty pounds part thereof to be paid at the Sealing of the
contract (which Sum of Sixty pounds he reced of
Mr. Higgs< no role >
the Treasurer
) And the Sum of one hundred Seventeen
pounds and eight Shillings the remainder thereof was to
be paid to the Said

within ten days next
after the General or Quarter Sessions as Should happen
next after the Said Bridge Should be effectually repaired,
And that the Said Sum of one hundred Seventeen pounds
and eight Shillings or any part thereof had not been
paid to the Said Butler, but remained due to him, And
that he had effectually repaired the Said Bridge, And that
they agreed with the Said Butler for making a Bridge or
causey over the Ford
