assemble & meet together at the Red Lyon Coffee house in
Red Lyon Street Clerkenwell within the Same Division on
Thursday the Eighth day of November next at five of the
clock in the afternoon and at Such other times as they Shall
appoint to consider of a fit & proper person or persons
for high Constable of the Said Division, And to retorn the
Name or Names of Such person or persons to the Court
of the next General Session of the peace for this County on
Thursday the Sixth day of December next at one of the
clock in the afternoon, to the intent that the Court may
on that day appoint a fit & proper person to be high
Constable of the Same Division within the Said Hundred
of Ossulston in the Stead & place of the Said John Allen< no role > , And
notice of the aforesaid meeting at the Said Red Lyon
Coffee house for the purpose aforesaid is to be given to all
the Justices of the peace residing within the Said Division.

Upon the Humble Petition of James Flaxman< no role > one of the High
Constables within the Hundred of Edmonton in this County
Exhibited unto this Court Setting forth That the Petr. hath Served
the office of High Constable within the Said Hundred of Edmonton
for the Space of three years and upwards, And that he hath no
Publick money to account for to the Treasurer of this County, And
the Petr. prayed this Court to discharged him from the Said office of
High Constable This Court being Satisfyed of the truth of the
premisses Doth appoint Christopher Woodham< no role > of the parish of
Enfield within the Same Hundred of Edmonton in this County
Gent to be High Constable within the Same Hundred in the
place & Stead of the Said James Flaxman< no role > And Doth Order that the
Said Christopher Woodham< no role > do forthwith (after notice of this Order)
attend George Bourne< no role > , Abraham Adams< no role > & Harry Gough< no role > Esqr.
three of his Maties Justices of the peace for the Said County residing
within the Said Hundred or one of them or Some other Justice of the
peace for this County residing in or near the Same Hundred, And

for his due execution of the Office of High Constable within
