George Tarry< no role > Esqr . or any three of them to peruse and
Inspect the Certificates abovementioned And to See
if the Same therein mentioned are Just & reasonable
or such as ought to be allowed, And to see what is due
to each person respectively upon the Certificates, to
him granted for his trouble & expences in the passing
and relieving of Vagrants, And to make their report
in writing touching the premisses to the Court of
General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace for this
County.

Order for dischargeing
Mr. John Allen< no role > from
being high Constable of
Finsbury Division }

A Complaint being made unto this Court that Mr. John Allen< no role >
high Constable of Finsbury Division within the Hundred of
Ossulston in this County hath corruptly reced of Several persons
Selling beer & ale in Booths erected at a place called The
Welch Fair< no role > in the parish of St. James Clerkenwell within
the Said Division Several Sums of money under pretence of
permitting them to continue Selling Beer & Ale in Such
Booths at the place aforesaid for longer time than the Said
Fair could legally be kept, Now upon hearing of what was
alledged by Several persons upon their Oaths touching the
premisses and also by the Said John Allen< no role > in his defence
This Court is of opinion that the Said John Allen< no role > is guilty of
the misdemeanors charged against him in the Said
complaint, And doth thereupon order that the Said John
Allen be and he is hereby absolutely discharged from
being high Constable of Finsbury Division aforesaid
within the Said Hundred of Ossulston in this County.

appointing a New high
Constable in the Stead &
place of Mr. John Allen< no role > }

Whereas the Office of high Constable of Finsbury Division
within the Hundred of Ossulston in this County is now vacant
by the removal of John Allen< no role > high Constable of the Same
Division who hath been this day discharged from his
Said Office by this Court for misdemeanors proved against
him, It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recomended unto his Maties Justices of the peace for
this County residing within the Same Division to
