which Shall be So certifyed to be due to them out of the
moneys to be received by vertue of the Rate made for
raiseing moneys for the purposes mentioned in the
Said Act of Parliament.

as a fee to the King's
Sellr. General to peruse
& Settle the Drat. of the
County Rate order
and 3s:16d. given to his
Clerk & Servant}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of
this County be allowed the Sum of five guineas by him
advanced and paid by direction of the Court as a fee to John
Strange Esquire the King's Sollicitor General to peruse and
Settle the Drat. of an order of the Sessions of the peace for this
County together with a Rate for raiseing the Sum of eight
hundred pounds for the purposes mentioned in the late Act
of Parliament for the more easy assessing collecting and
levying of County Rates and also three Shillings & Six pence by him given on that neccessary to the [..] general Clerk & servant And that the Said Mr. Higgs be at
liberty to deduct the Said Sums of five guineas and three Shillings & Six pence out of the
moneys to be by him received as Treasurer by vertue of the
Order and Rate in that behalf made for raiseing the Sum of
eight hundred pounds for the purposes mentioned in the
Said Act.

Mr. Thomas Northcote< no role > House of Keeper of Hicks hall having
produced before this Court several Workmen's bills & receipts
for moneys by him paid to them for repaires by them done to
Hicks hall aforesaid (which are as followeth)

which Sums amount in the whole to the Sum of two pounds
five Shillings and eight pence, And the Said Mr. Northcote praying
that this Court will please to Order that the he may be repaid the
Same, It is Ordered by this Court that he may be repaired Mr. John
Higgs Treasurer of this County do pay the Said Sum of two pounds
five Shillings and eight pence unto the Said Mr. Northcote out
of Such moneys as Shall be proper to be applyed for that
purpose, whose receipt together with this order Shall be a
Sufficient discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such payment.
