inspect & peruse the Said respective bills of costs of the Said
Mr. Higgs and Mr. Matthews, and to consider if the Sums
therein charged are reasonable, and Such as ought to be
allowed, and to See what Sum or Sums of money are or is
due to the Said Mr. Higgs & Mr. Matthews respectively thereupon
And to make their Report in writing touching the Same to
the Court of General or Quarter Sessions of the peace for this
County.

Vagrant Certificates, and
to See what Sums of
money are due to present
or late Constables}

Information being given unto this Court that there are
divers Sums of money due to present & late Constables of
several parishes & places in this County upon the
Certificates of the Allowances made them for their trouble
& expences in the passing and releiving of Vagrants, and
that they desire this Court to make an Order for payment
of the moneys respectively due to them, It is Ordered by
this Court that it be And It is hereby recomended and
referred unto the Committee of his Maties Justices of
the Peace of this County appointed to take the Accounts
of the Treasurers of the same County (to wit) Thomas
