All which was Submitted to the Consideration of this Court
This Court upon Consideration had of the matters specified
in the said Report doth agree to the same And is of Opinion
that the said Sums of £24..12s..11d and £16.11s.2d amounting together to the
Sum of Forty one pounds four shillings & one penny be
allowed unto Mrs. Sarah Osborne Executrix of the last will &
Testament of the said Mr. Osborne her late husband for the
moneys by him disbursed & laid out for the repair or upon the
Account of Hicks Hall aforesaid but are of Opinion with the
said Committee that the said sum of £49..17s..8d not laid out by
their Order ought out to be allowed to the said Mrs. Osborne
And doth Order that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County
do out of the money which is now remaining in or shall or may
come to his hands on Account of Rent for the Estate belonging to
this County pay unto the said Mrs. Osborne the said Sum of
Forty one Pounds four shillings and one penny in full of all her
demands as Executrix of the said Mr. Osborne for the moneys by
him disbursed & laid out for the repair or on the Account
