over and above the Sum of three guineas being the
remainder of the five guineas which was by an Order
made at the last sessions of the peace for Middx
directed to be paid to such Officers of the House of Common
as Robert Hucks< no role > Esqr . or John Laroch< no role > Esqr . should think
proper and should so appoint, It being now intended
by this Court that the said Mr. Poyntz shall not be
allowed any more than the sum of five guineas and
the said remaining three guineas, which sums
together do amount to the sum of eight guineas,
And It is further Ordered by this Court that the Clerk of
the peace of this County or his Deputy do out of the Colt
money pay unto the said Mr. Poyntz such sum of
money as the said Mr. Hucks or Mr. Laroch shall think
proper and shall appoint to be paid to him in full for
the said busyness by him done and his said expences,
And the receipt or receipts of the said Mr. Poyntz shall
be a sufficient discharge to the Clerk of the peace or his
Deputy for what sum of money shall be paid in
pursuance of this Order.
