debts were at that time incurred for repaires done at
Hicks hall
aforesaid, and to whom the same were due
or ought to be paid, and how the expences of the said
repaires might be provided for, And to make their
Report touching the premisses to the Court of Sessions
of the peace for this County, And this Court being
informed that the said Committee have not yet made
their Report touching the said matter, And that Mrs.
Osborne the widow
& Executive of the said Mr. Osborne
desires that this Court will be pleased to make her an
allowance for the moneys disbursed by the said Mr.
Osborne
on account of repaires by him done to Hicks
hall or any matters which were necessary to be done
thereto, It is thereupon Ordered by this Court that it be

appoint to be of the said Committee) or any three or
more of them to assemble & meet together at Hicks

examine into the matters above mentioned, And to
make their Report in writing touching the same
