Gent T:8 asurer of the moneys to be reced
[..] for the Marshalsea, Kings Bench &
Hospitalls within the
Hundreds of Elthorne,
Spelthorne & Isleworth for
the year 1739

} It is Ordered by this Court that Thomas London< no role > Gentleman
be and he is hereby nominated chosen appointed and
continued Treasurer of the moneys collected and received or
to be collected and received for the Marshalsea King's Bench
and Hospitalls for the Hundreds of Elthorne , Spelthorne , and
Isleworth in this County for the year One thousand Seven
hundred and thirty nine.

Order concerning the
electing a new high
Constable of Holborn
Division

} Whereas Philip Cholmondely< no role > Gent late high Constable of
Holborne Division within the Hundred of Ossulston in this
County is lately dead, And it being requisite that a new high
Constable Should be forthwith appointed for the Said Division,
It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby recomended
unto his Maties Justices of the peace for this County residing
within the Same Division to assemble & meet together at the
Crown Tavern in Bloomsbury Square within the Same
Division on Thursday the Seventeenth day of may instant at ten
of the clock in the forenoon to consider of and recommend a fit
and proper person or persons for high Constable of the Said
Division, And to retorn the [..] name or names of Such
person or persons to the Court of the next General Sessions of
the peace to be holden for this County by Adjornment on
Thursday the Seventh day of June next at one of the clock in the
afternoon, to the intent that the Court may on that day
appoint a fit & proper person to be high Constable of the Same
Division within the Said Hundred of Ossulston in the Stead &
place of the Said Philip Cholmondely< no role > , And due notice of the
aforesaid Meeting at the Said Crown Tavern for the
purpose aforesaid is to be given to all the Justices of the
peace residing within the Said Division.

Order upon a
Presentment of
the Grand Jury
agt. Players of
Interludes in
Moorfields Etc.

} Whereas a Presentment hath been this day made
unto this Court by the Grand Jury for the County of
Middx That in a Certain place called Moor Fields within
the weekly Bills of Mortality in the said County divers
disorderly persons have lately Erected & set up Booths
& other Buildings for the Acting of Clays Interludes &
