Order for laying before
the Court at the next
Sessions a List of 30 or
more Justices of the
peace in Order to have
now Trustees incerted in
a Conveyance to be made
to them & their heirs
of the Estate belonging
to the County of Middx.

} The Drat. of a Deed (being now produced before this Court)
purporting to be a Conveyance by way of Bargain & Sale to
be enrolled in the high Court of Chancery , of the Estate
belonging to the County of Middx from the right honble.
Thomas Lord< no role > Onslow, Sr. John Auston< no role > Bart . Sr . George Cooke< no role >
Knt . Hugh Smithson< no role > Esquire , Henry Barker< no role > Esquire & Gideon
Harvey Doctor< no role > in Physick the Surviving Trustees for the Said
Estate, in Order to have the Same conveyed to Such new
Trustees, as this Court Should think fit to appoint in that
behalf, and their heirs, to the intent that the rents & profits
thereof may be applyed to the uses mentioned in the last
Deed of Trust concerning the Said Estate, It is Ordered by
this Court that Mr. Wilkinson do peruse the Comission of
the peace for the Said County, And that he do make &
extract from thence a List of the Names of thirty or more
of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the peace , having regard to
their age, and that he do lay Such List before the Court at
the next General Sessions of the peace for the Said County to
the intent that thirty proper Trustees & especially of the
youngest Justices may be approved of nominated and
appointed be incerted in the Drat. of the aforesaid Deed of
conveyance in order to have the Same ingrossed and the
Said Estate conveyed to them and their heirs to the uses
mentioned in the last Deed of Trust concerning the Same.

maimed Soldiers & Mariners
within the Hundreds of
Ossulston , Edmonton & Gore
for the year 1739

} It is Ordered by this Court that Jacob Harvey< no role > Esqr . be and he is
hereby nominated chosen appointed and continued
Treasurer of the moneys collected and received or to be
collected and received for the releif of Maimed Soldiers and
Mariners inhabiting and residing in the Hundreds of
Ossulston , Edmonton , and Gore in this County for the year
One thousand Seven hundred and thirty nine.

} It is Ordered by this Court that Robert Moreton< no role > Esqr . be and he
is hereby nominated chosen appointed and continued
Treasurer of the moneys collected and received or to be
collected and received for the releif of Maimed Soldiers and
Mariners inhabiting and residing within the Hundreds of
Elthorne , Spelthorne , and Isleworth in this County for the
year One thousand Seven hundred and thirty nine.
