Order to have some
Law made for the more
Easy & ready raiseing
of publick Money}

This Court being Sensible of the great difficulties
Occasioned to his Majestys Justices of the Peace for this
County by litigious persons who have Obtained Writts
of Certiorari whereby several Orders and rates
made by his Majesties Justices of the Peace for this
County in Quarter Sessions Assembled for raiseing
Moneys for repairing a publick Bridge called
Brentford Bridge being in great decay for want of
repair, for the passing and releiving of Vagrants,
and for repair of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell
in this County being very much out of repair have been
removed into his Majties Court of Kings Bench at
Westminster whereby raiseing of the said Moneys
hath been very much Obstructed and for want
thereof the said Publick Bridge and House of
Correction have not been repaired nor Vagrants
passed as they ought to be, This Court in Order to
prevent the like Inconvenience for the future
Doth think fitt and Order that it be And it is
hereby recommended & referred unto Thomas
