Oath for his due execution of the office of high Constable within
the same Hundred And from & after the time of his haveing
taken Such Oath the Said Henry Finch< no role > is to Stand discharged
from his Said Office of high Constable within the Said
Hundred.

in the Stead of
Daniel Kemp< no role > Gent }

Application being made unto this Court by Daniel
Kemp Gent< no role > high Constable within the Hundred of Gore
in this County informing this Court that he hath Served the
Said office of high Constable for near three years, And that
he hath accounted & paid to the Treasurer of the Said County
all the publick Rates of this County, And the Said Daniel
Kemp prayed to be discharged from his said Office of [..]
high Constable , This Court being of opinion to discharge
the Said Daniel Kemp< no role > from his Said Office Doth appoint
Francis Newman< no role > the younger Gent a person inhabiting
within the Said Hundred in this County to be high
Constable within the same Hundred in the Stead & place
of the said Daniel Kemp< no role > , And this Court doth Order that
the Said Francis Newman< no role > do forthwith (after notice of
this Order) attend William Dobyns< no role > Joseph Taylor< no role >
Thomas Inwood< no role > & Daniel Graham< no role > Esqrs . Justices of the
peace for this County residing within the Hundred
aforesaid or Some other Justice of the peace for the Said
County residing in or neare the Said Hundred or any
one of them, And before Such Justices or Justice of the
peace take his Oath for his due execution of the office of
high Constable within the Same Hundred, And from &
after the time of his haveing taken Such Oath the Said
Daniel Kempis< no role > to Stand discharged from his Said
Office of high Constable within the Said Hundred
