writing touching the premisses to the Court of the next
General Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County.

It is Ordered by this Court that an Account be taken of all the
publick money belonging to this County which hath been
raised & received (Since the death of William Cotesworth< no role > Esqr.
late General Treasurer of this County who dyed in December
One thousand Seven hundred and thirty) by vertue of any
Rate or Rates made by the Court of General Quarter or
General Sessions of the peace for this County and by whom
the Same was received and how the Same hath been
disposed of And for that purpose It is hereby recomended
and referred unto the Committee of his Maties Justices of
the peace of this County appointed to take the publick

Order for a Committee to
Consider if Salarys can be
legally allowed for the
passing & releiving of
Vagrants.}

This Court being informed that the Justices of the peace in
Several Countys in England do allow Salarys to Some
particular persons for the passing & releiving of Vagrants
who wander through Some particular parish or parishes
wherein the high Road leading towards London doth lye,
Deeming it a less expence So to do, than to have the
Vagrants passed by the Constables in the comon manner
heretofore used , It is Ordered by this Court that it be And
