his contract Should be paid him So Soon as the ceiling of
the Cubilo is finished, This Court upon consideration of the
Said Report doth agree thereunto, And doth Order that
Peter Walter< no role > Esqr . Clerk of the peace of the Said County do
out of the Coltmoney (belonging to the Justices of the
peace of the Same County) remaining in his hands, pay
unto the Said Richard Jupp< no role > the Said Sums of forty pounds
& ten pounds, making together the Sum of fifty pounds,
which with the Said Sum of one hundred pounds paid
to him in December last will be in full of the Said
contract, And the receipt of the Said Richard Jupp< no role >
together with this Order Shall be a Sufficient discharge to
the Said Mr. Walter for such payment, And It is further
Ordered by this Court that (after the ceiling of the Said
Cubilo Shall be finished) the Said Mr. Walter do also out
of the Said Colt money pay unto the Said Richard Jupp< no role >
the Said five guineas agreed to be paidtohim over &
above his contract, And that his receipt with this Order
Shall also be a Sufficient discharge to the Said Mr.
Walter for Such payment.

Sessions}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. Peter Creswell< no role > Keeper of
the House of Correction at Clerkenwell in this County doe
attend the Court of the next General Quarter Sessions of the
peace to be holden for this County by adjornment on
Thursday the third day of July next at one of the
clock in the afternoon concerning the escapes of Prisoners
out of the Said House of Correction or other matters
relating to his Office of Keeper,

called Elizabeth Boreman< no role > Matron of the House of Correction
at Clerkenwell in this County doe attend the Court of the
next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for
this County by adjornment on Thursday the third day of
Juby next at one of the clock in the afternoon to answer
what may be objected against her for not performing her
duty of Matron at the House of Correction aforesaid.
