and actings of the Said Justices in their Sessions and
tending to bring them & their proceedings in their publick
capacity into the utmost contempt as by divers Affidavits
hereunto annexed may appear, Whereas if the Said
Mr. Robe had conceived that any Orders moved for or
proposed to be made by the Said Justices in their Sessions
had not been regular or legal he ought rather according
to his Duty as a Member of that Court to have given his
reasons in a proper & decent manner in his place
against them, which he never thought fit to do, but to
proceed only in the manner & for the ends aforesaid,
which actings of his The Said Justices think it their Duty
in Justice to themselves & the Comission they bear, to
lay before your Lordship, And they humbly Submitt
whether they Shall be obliged to act any longer with
a Gentl who has behaved himself towards them in
the manner Sett forth in this representation & in the
Affidavits annexed.
